Shipping policy

Free shipping Australia-wide
Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your order then ships from our suppliers’ warehouses with tracking, and most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of being placed.

Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show updates, so don’t worry if it’s quiet at first.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Peak periods, customs checks, weather or courier delays can occasionally slow things down. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of placing it, email us at hello@littlewildco.com.au with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address details
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
